Griffin's eye brow arched up at the mention of an idea the Headmaster had. He was trying to see this from all sides, everyone was pointing fingers or had already marked as to who was guilty and who wasn't. This would make anything that did all the more complicated. There was no real easy way to go about it, no matter how you looked at it. They were just lucky the three of them weren't being questioned and interigated. While Zeo knew he was in the clear, why wouldn't someone accuse Natasha of doing it so she could move up and take the Head Guardian position. He knew that wasn't the case, but people only saw what they wanted to at times.
"What is his idea?" he questioned as he decided to voice his curiousity. He wondered just what the Headmaster's idea was...he hoped it was a way to please all sides but at the same time he wasn't sure if their was even a way to do that. He closed his eyes with a silent sigh. It seemed a nice quite semester just wasn't going to happen, it seemed a relaxing vacation was out of the question as well.

Natasha ran a hand through her hair and looked at the two men.
"He came up with a technique that may or may not work. He says we might be able to subtly interview the students, without them knowing that they're being interviewed. We could, like, just casually mention it in front of them. See their reactions and try to spark a conversation with them about it. It's a bit risky, but it's better than nothing," Natasha shrugged slightly as she said that, "Now all we have to do is convince everyone of that fact."
She sighed slightly. This was currently their only, and best, option. It wasn't perfect or foolproof or any of those things that would've been nice, but it was better than nothing. Unfortunately, some people weren't so easily convinced.

Zeo listened to her as he wondered why they would need to convince everyone else that this was a good idea. "Maybe not, think about if you convince everyone to do this secret interview if you wait for a reaction or for them to slip up and say something. If you let too many people know what you are doing, word spreads fast especially at Academy's like this one. Do you want everyone to be prepared for you're questions. Because we are outsiders we might have a better oppertunity of coming off casual to them. Well you might not" he said catching Natasha's eyes as he said that. He knew it was blunt and a little rude, but the truth hurt.
"You won't be able to easily get the information you want, especially from the other Guardian's here, they know what's happned and they know you are on the case. Jonathan might have a bit more luck with the students or you might, but the other Guardian's won't talk to Jon either not with you two being engaged. They'd be more inclined to talk to me. I can play dumb, people even Guardian's like to talk" he said with an easy shrug of his shoulders as he shifted his feet, his red eyes looking at the two of them, as he watched them cast a glances at each other as if seeking the others guidance, how cute. "The teachers might be more willing to talk to you Contrarez, or you Jonathan. The students might be more willing to talk to one of you two. They talk with who they are most comfortable with" he said casually, his lips pulled in a small smirk.

"...Because we are outsiders we might have a better oppertunity of coming off casual to them. Well you might not"
Both Natasha and Jonathan raised an eyebrow at Zeo when he said this to Natasha. Jonathan's eyebrow was raised in question, as if daring Zeo to say something. Natasha's eyebrow was raised in an obviously false question. Yeah, she knew that some people had their suspicions of her. But, she actually had no reason to have wanted Guardian Davinich dead. There was no way she could've known ahead of time that she would be picked to be the head guardian.
Jonathan nodded slightly when Zeo was finally done talking.
"You have a point, and it just might work" he commented thoughtfully. Natasha nodded in agreement.
"I agree. I'll bring it up with the Headmaster during our next meeting, but for now," she glanced at the two of them, "you two can get started on this technique."
She nodded to herself, slightly pleased with the plan. Hopefully she was now making up for her being caught ordering pizza on the job. Although, she still didn't believe it was that big of a deal.

Zeo frowned ever-so slightly. He realized he needed to clarify a few things, before they assumed he was just openly bashing her, he was but not for the pleasure of doing it. "They won't talk with you, you're the head guardian remeber that Contrarez" he told her his arms slowly moving as he opened the file again to start reading it again.
He raised his eyes to look at her as she told them to begin this little techique it was a great idea, and it would work it would just take a little cunning and careful words. "Can you tell me why I'm here?" he asked his eyes having drifted down to the next page as he read the reports. He wouldn't be finished but it would be a good idea to get at least a bit of a head start if he could. "Am I just back up or something, considering the murder of the previous Head Guardian, or back up for you?:" he asked his red eyes staring into hers. "Do you think whoever kill him will try to kill you as well?" he asked curiously.

"They won't talk with you, you're the head guardian remeber that Contrarez"
Natasha nodded. "Trust me, I've noticed."
Her brows furrowed together slightly when Zeo asked why he was here. Honestly, she wasn't quite sure. Her eyes darted to Jonathan as he winced slighly when Zeo asked if they thought the same person would kill Natasha.
"I'd like to see them try" he growled under his breath. Natasha turned her attention back to Zeo.
"It's a possibility, yes" she replied back calmly, "but as far as I know, you're here to be the new combat teacher. The current one is retiring in about a week." Her face became thoughtful as she looked at him. "I don't know why you weren't told this, though."
That was going to have to be yet another thing her and the Headmaster had to talk about.

Zeo looked at her, his red eyes widening slightly and he did his best to keep the look of shock from his face, but it slipped and he was a little too slow to cover it up. "Wait so you're saying I'll be teaching the combats class...aren't I a little young..." he trailed off for a moment coughing slightly realizing that this school must be going to the younger generation did that mean something? Were the Guardian's trying to prove something at this school. "I'm not good with kids" he said quickly he wasn't sure if he was right for this job...but he would try, he'd do his best.
As he listened to Jonathan make that proclaimation he frowned, his lips twisting downward and he closed the file, his red eyes looking at the man that was probably the closest thing he'd find to a friend here, aside from perhaps Natasha, they all shared a secret, a comon goal to find the killer.
"You may not be able to save her Jon, I suggest the both of you watch your back; this killer could just very well want to cause panic and the best way to do that, would be one take out the head guardian, the best way to get to someone is through those they love, while Natasha would be in her own inner fight, she might make hasty rash decisions and then whoever it is would get you next, then probably from there work on everyone one on one, or you never know they could be working with the Alchemists or perhaps the Strigoi" he said his gaze moved around the office, before he met each of their gazes. "Nothing about this killer is normal, we can't lump whoever it is into any know catagory...not yet" he told them.

Natasha watched as shock came to the young man's face. She briefly wondered if that was what her face looked like when she had found out she was to become head guardian of an entire school.
"Wait so you're saying I'll be teaching the combats class...aren't I a little young... I'm not good with kids"
Natasha couldn't help it. She smiled, a hint of smugness. She just couldn't help it. Maybe Zeo could now finally at least get a glimpse at what it felt like to be her.
"Welcome to my world" she said before she could stop herself. She noticed Jonathan's lip twitch as he for once had more control than her and resisted the urge to smile.
But then her smile faded back into an emotionless mask as the subject returned to the murderer.
"You may not be able to save her Jon, I suggest the both of you watch your back; this killer could just very well want to cause panic and the best way to do that, would be one take out the head guardian, the best way to get to someone is through those they love, while Natasha would be in her own inner fight, she might make hasty rash decisions and then whoever it is would get you next, then probably from there work on everyone one on one, or you never know they could be working with the Alchemists or perhaps the Strigoi. Nothing about this killer is normal, we can't lump whoever it is into any know catagory...not yet"
She didn't let herself become insulted, although the urge was there. Jonathan could tell and he gave her an extremely breif look of amusement. He was glad to for once be the person who knew his fiance the best. They were still learning about each other, but then again, when did anyone really stop learning about each other?
"I think you'd find that rash decisions on my part are rare and few between" she told him. It was true. Natash was not the type to rush into something blindly. She preferred to analyze the situation first, that way she could make the best judgements. Sure, she had made a few rash decisions in her past, but who hasn't? Besides, those were when she believed making a rash decision was the best way to go. It's a little difficult to think of a strategy when you're suddenly attacked by Strigoi, for example.

"Good then killing Jonathan wouldn't piss you off and make you act irrational, that takes one thing off the list. Let's hope it doesn't come to that" he said arms crossing as he gazed at her. "You know when I said that is was simply a hypathetic scenerio, don't jump to conclusions that I'll continue to insult you Guardian Contrarez" he told her as he watched her, his eyes drifting to Jonathan then back to her as he smirked slowly.

"Hey, who says I'm getting killed?" Jonathan questioned indignantly, although there was a small smile on his face. Natasha barely managed to resist the urge to roll her eyes at him. She turned her attention back to Zeo.
"My apologies, Guardian Severtain. Sometimes I have to remind myself that not everybody's looking for reasons I should be fired" she stated dryly. Truth be told, Natash was tired of having to look into every single word spoken by other's. She could no longer trust the intentions of previously harmless questions. She wondered if it would always be that way. Probably not. For she would probably end up earning the respect of mostly everyone as she got older. But she would rather not wait a few years before she could live a peaceful life. Plus, she also hoped that she wouldn't be staying at the academy for that long. Sure, she would stay for as long as the academy needed her, but she was eager to get back to court and her friends.
