Our Final Hour(click)
For years the gods from each mythology have been fighting for control. Their war has ravaged the planet known as Earth. They've caused world wars and civil wars to break out. They have selfishly pinned mortals against each other to see who had the greatest influence, who could control more of the world. Their war has been going on for thousands of years and is expected to continue for a thousand more years. The world has gone into choas time and time again and the gods are too busy with their pety war to even notice the cries of mortals.
Now even their children, demigods from all mythologies, are being pinned against each other. Camp Destiny, located on an island off the coast of California, was once a place of peace where demigods could get along no matter what bloodline you came from. Now, it's a war zone. Hostility flows freely through the air and fights have been breaking out more and more recently. Everyone has seemed to loose the hope they once felt for peace. Sides are being taken and everyone is siding with his or her parent. The camp directors cannot stop the corruption, they can only pray the children see the errors in their ways and even in the gods' ways.
No one has looked behind the scenes yet. Few have crossed the line of no return. No one knows who started the war to begin with. No one has even tried to learn. At one point, all the gods lived separate from each other and there was no fighting. How did the fighting begin? No one knows. No one but the ones who started it.
Two years ago, Percy Jackson and friends defeated the evil Titans. They're journey and story is known by almost every demigod, mortal, and immortal. Behind the scenes, another battle was brewing, though. A team of demigods known as the Spirits of Myth banned together from all mythologies to take on the immortals Ate, Seth, Loki, and Cer. Few know about their struggle against the evil gods, but what everyone does know is that those demigods are missing. The camp has had no time to look for them and they have simply been presumed dead. Since then, stricter rules have been put in place at Camp Destiny by the directors. Curfew is being inforced and quests are no longer being given out by the local Oracle, Rachel Elizabeth Dare, and the local Prophet, Samuel Connor.
With death at their doors, a few demigods have chosen to make a difference and to get along. They've decided to step up and face the gods. Demigods are the ones with the powers to stop the war, and all they have to do is rely on each other. But can it be done? Can the war really be put to an end? Can peace ever be reached? Can anyone save the world in its final hour?
