Natasha sighed in relief when it was apparent that Amelia was back to normal. At least, as back to normal as someone could be after going through that. She gave the girl a soft look.
"There's nothing to apologize for. Trust me, I understand. It used to happen to my friend all the time" she told her. "You've just got to remember what I told you. But if the darkness ever gets really bad..."
Natasha trailed off, not sure what to tell her. Should she tell Amelia to come to her? But what could Natasha do? It wasn't like she could take away the darkness from the girl.
"We'll just figure something out, ok?" she finished. She would have to give Lissa a call later. She added that to her long mental list of things she had to do.

Having the guardian tell her that things like this used to happen to her spirit using friend all the time, didn't really make Amelia feel any better, though she knew that the other girl was just trying to comfort her. "You've just got to remember what I told you." The seventeen year old Moroi nodded. "But if the darkness ever gets really bad..." Amelia didn't even want to think that it was possible for it to get worse than this. But deep down she knew it was. In her hunt to find out more about her element she had come across some things she wished weren't true. "We'll just figure something out, ok?" Again she just nodded, not really wanting to keep discussing the current subject. Though there really was no way to avoid it anymore.
It's funny how one minute you can be talking about wedding gowns and colors for bridesmaids dresses, and the next it's like a bomb went off and everyone is in shock, trying to recover in the after math. Things can change so rapidly in such a short amount of time. Amelia leaned back again, realizing that her whole body had become stiff during her little for lack of a better description, panic attack. She rested her body into the wall behind her, and found comfort if it's firmness. "I didn't mean to freak you out." She said apologizing with out again using the word sorry. She could tell that the other girl, as experienced as she was, would never be completely comfortable around something like that, Amelia wouldn't be either... ever. But she didn't have a choice about it. Her power was just something she could turn off at will.

"It's alright, like I said, I'm used to it" Natasha replied. She then rolled her eyes and smiled slightly. "Will you please quit apologizing now? It's not your fault, you can't control it."
Natasha's eyes glanced around before finally landing on the clock on the wall. She watched as the little, red hand ticked along with every second. She sighed, seeing that the day/night was coming to an end.
"Curfew's soon" she informed the girl. This was only to let Amelia know, for Natasha didn't have to abide by the curfew. None of the employees did. As a matter of fact, Natasha had the first night shift. Joy.

"It's alright, like I said, I'm used to it." That still didn't make Amelia feel any better, but she did manage a small smile for the guardian. It was nice of the other girl to care so much. She had no obligation to be nice to Amelia, or even be a little compassionate, but here she was trying to comfort the girl who had just been in a more than scary state. Amelia really hoped she had not freaked the guardian out too much. She had not intention of ever letting anyone see her like that, let alone a new academy employee.
"Will you please quit apologizing now? It's not your fault, you can't control it." "Sorry." Amelia didn't mean to say it it just slipped out. It was one of those things you say whenever someone tells you not to. It's just habit.
Amelia watched as the guardian studied the place they sat. Her head followed the other girl's gaze as she looked up at the clock that was mounted on one of the far walls. Amelia could barely just make out the time. "Curfew's soon." Amelia had briefly forgotten that Dhampirs senses were more in tune than Moroi's. The guardian could probably easily see the hands of the clock from where she sat. Amelia nodded in response to the guardians comment of the time. "Yeah I should probably head back to my dorm."
